QHC SMS Messaging / Consent Information

Learn how QHC obtains consent and uses text messaging for low-volume, one-to-one business conversations through Microsoft Teams.

Direct communication with a QHC employee

QHC uses Microsoft Teams SMS for low-volume, one-to-one conversational communication between individual employees and existing customers, prospective customers, vendors, and other business contacts.

Messages are limited to the direct business relationship or inquiry that led to the conversation. They may include customer support, answers to questions, follow-up information, meeting coordination, service-related updates, or similar business matters. Each conversation is handled by an individual QHC employee through Microsoft Teams.

This program is not used for marketing campaigns, bulk messaging, automated alerts, or API-driven messaging.

    Verbal opt-in

    Consent to receive messages

Recipients opt in verbally during an existing business interaction, phone call, meeting, or customer-support conversation before SMS communication begins. The employee begins SMS communication only after the recipient provides affirmative consent. If the recipient does not agree, the employee will not begin the SMS conversation.

QHC can continue this conversation with you by text message. Messages will be related to your inquiry or our direct business conversation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Do you agree to receive SMS messages from us at this number?

By agreeing, recipients also acknowledge the QHC SMS Terms & Conditions and QHC SMS Privacy Policy.
