Terms at a glance
What to expect when QHC continues a business conversation by text.
These terms apply to conversational SMS messages sent by individual QHC employees through Microsoft Teams. Participation is voluntary and begins only after the recipient gives affirmative consent.
Program purpose
QHC provides conversational SMS communication between individual employees and existing customers, prospective customers, vendors, and other business contacts. Messages relate to support, an inquiry, follow-up, meeting coordination, service matters, or another direct business conversation.
Consent before messaging
Before texting begins, a QHC employee asks for permission during an existing interaction, phone call, meeting, or support conversation. SMS communication starts only after the recipient clearly agrees to receive messages at the provided number.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient's mobile service plan. QHC is not responsible for charges assessed by a mobile carrier.
Opting out
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop receiving messages from a specific employee number. After an opt-out request is processed, no further messages will be sent from that number unless the recipient later replies START to resume.
Help and support
Reply HELP for assistance with a QHC SMS conversation. For additional support or questions about these terms, contact ali_kitabi@hotmail.com.
Program limitations
QHC does not use this SMS program for marketing, bulk messaging, automated alerts, or API-driven messaging. Conversations are handled individually by QHC employees through Microsoft Teams.
